Refugee shelters are a crucial asylum in restoring the physical and psychological situation. Although Indonesia is strategic stopover country for refugees, refugee shelter facilities still far from international eligibility standards. South Sulawesi, province with second highest number of refugees Indonesia, currently does not have to accommodate diverse needs refugees. Therefore, purpose this design Sulawesi that complies standards can meet make it easier government control. To goal, data collection was conducted through literature review existing precedent building. After that, site analysis carried out produce building shape accordance condition site. The result complete architectural non-architectural aspects including characteristics, basic needs, evacuation activities.
